A leading capital markets technology business is hiring a senior IC to drive the commercial development of its Compliance & Trade Surveillance offering.

What you’ll be doing:

• Join client meetings, discovery sessions and RFPs as the regulatory and surveillance SME
• Lead client-specific demos and presentations, helping move opportunities from initial engagement through to commitment
• Work closely with Sales to identify opportunities within existing institutional client relationships
• Shape commercial positioning, thought leadership and market strategy for the business
• Partner with Product and Customer Support to bring client and market feedback into the product roadmap
• Track regulatory developments and translate them into relevant client use cases and commercial opportunities
• Represent the business at industry conferences, roundtables and events

Key skills / experience:

• 8+ years in capital markets regulation, compliance, surveillance or a closely related area
• Deep knowledge of trade surveillance, market abuse and capital markets regulation
• Strong understanding of frameworks such as MiFID II, MAR, Dodd-Frank, etc.
• Comfortable operating in a client-facing, commercially oriented environment
• Experience with demos, RFPs, presentations or consultative engagements
• Strong ability to bridge Regulatory, Sales, Product and Customer-facing teams
• Excellent communication skills and confidence representing a business externally
• Self-directed, commercially minded and comfortable in a high-autonomy IC role
