Job Description:

  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings across asset teams
  • Capture meeting notes, action items, decisions, and follow-up activities
  • Partner with asset leads to develop presentations, status updates, and project materials
  • Drive project timelines and ensure deliverables progress according to schedule
  • Support development and review of content requiring Healthcare Compliance and Legal approval
  • Track approvals and proactively manage activities to help accelerate review cycles
  • Organize project documentation and communications within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to summarize meeting notes, generate documentation, and improve workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, medical, compliance, legal, and operational functions
  • Ensure project activities align with established processes and governance requirements

Skill Set Requirements:

  • 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or large healthcare organization
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience developing presentations and executive-ready materials


Proficiency with:

  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint
  • PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to independently drive work forward with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill

Nice to Haves:

  • Prior experience working within a large pharmaceutical company
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and legal review processes
  • Experience supporting commercial, medical affairs, or asset team initiatives
  • Knowledge of AI-based productivity tools for meeting summaries, documentation, and workflow management
  • Oncology or Cell Therapy experience is beneficial but not required

Education/Certification(s)/License(s):

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
