- MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
- MUST LIVE IN CHICAGO, will not relo.
- 3+ years of HIGHLY ANALYTICAL real estate-related experience REQUIRED, ideally spanning acquisitions, underwriting, development or investment banking/private equity analysis.
- Boutique, $1.5+B AUM (multifamily, student housing, senior housing, commercial)
- Newly created role.
- Supports executive team across capital markets, asset management and deal execution.
- Heavily weighted towards underwriting and deal flow support (financial modeling, due diligence, analysis and portfolio decisions).
- MUST be able to display how AI tools have actively helped individual work faster and sharper.
- 10-20% travel to "get out and see the assets".
- Hybrid, Chicago Loop office.
- Individual must be entrepreneurial, tech-forward and collaborative.
- Compensation up to $125K + 10-15% Bonus.
