About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support team member to join our sales team, working closely with other team members to support day-to-day sales operations. This entry-level role covers customer communication (phone, email, live chat) and entering manually submitted purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Enter manually submitted purchase orders
• Verify order accuracy before processing
• Help troubleshoot and resolve order issues, escalating as needed
• Support the sales team with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of customer service, order processing, or sales support experience
• Comfortable handling multiple communication channels
• Detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
• Reliable team player, comfortable in a small-team, in-office environment
