Join a well-established, highly regarded global investment firm with a collaborative and professional culture. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant who is looking for stability, longevity, and the opportunity to be part of a strong administrative team.

You will join a companywide administrative team, providing a built-in network of experienced administrative professionals and resources. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being a trusted partner to senior leaders while also appreciating the support and camaraderie that comes with being part of an established administrative organization.

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior investment professionals and play an important role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
