Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for the Digital Operations Center, defining vision, operating model, and long-term roadmap for enterprise monitoring and remote support
  • Lead 100+ associates and multiple vendors, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure 24/7 professional support for Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC/R alarm management
  • Develop enterprise strategies using analytics, automation, AI, and connected technologies to enhance reliability and efficiency
  • Partner with Facilities Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, and external providers to standardize processes and improve service delivery
  • Drive digital transformation by expanding remote monitoring, implementing AI-powered workflows, and advancing predictive maintenance
  • Establish performance metrics, governance, compliance, and vendor management to ensure resilience and service quality
  • Develop organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and building scalable teams for Walmart's connected asset ecosystem
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field
  • 6 years of experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years of experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
