Select Search Group is partnering with a growing recruiting and staffing firm in the Charlotte area to identify a sales and staffing professional focused on developing new business and growing their staffing division.

What you’ll do:

• Develop new client relationships through outbound prospecting, networking and in-person meetings
• Generate new temporary staffing opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Partner with recruiters to deliver talent and grow client accounts
• Manage and develop an active sales pipeline

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of B2B sales, business development or staffing experience
• Strong hunter mentality and comfort with outbound prospecting
• Staffing/temp staffing experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive and driven to win

A very competitive compensation plan is offered, which includes commission.
